Le Mazet de Sallèles is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah which give it an intense bouquet of red fruits, spices and cedar notes. Its rich fruit character, silky tannins and long lingering finish make it an approachable wine for all occasions.
Grapes : 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Syrah
100% estate grown grapes
Fermentation : Mechanical grape harvest. Totally destemmed grapes. Total of 15 to 21 days on the skins. Vatting from 15 to 21 days favoring the conservation of the fruit and the soft extraction of tannins. Malolactic fermentation done partly in barrel and maturating in French oak (25%).
