Fruity and gourmet ...

Food pairing by Olivier Bompas

Expressive, fleshy and typified, offering pleasant notes of garrigue, this wine will be perfect with a square of lamb roasted with thyme flower, a veal liver in parsley, or a filet mignon casserole accompanied with small braised vegetables.
