Le Mazet de Sallèles is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Viognier which gives the wine an intense bouquet of mandarins, blossom and citrus notes. Its delicate acidity, roundness and lively finish make it an approachable wine for all occasions.
Grapes : 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Viognier
100% estate grown grapes
Fermentation : Mechanical nocturne harvest with protection of the crop. Pneumatic pressing. Low temperature fermentation (15-17°C) in stainless steel. Ageing on the fine lees during 3 months.
