Élégance et expression du terroir...

Food pairing by Olivier Bompas

This deep, velvety red wine, with a pleasant freshness, will agree with dishes of character such as a salmis of pigeon, a daube of beef, a chapon of roasted guinea fowl, or a nectaire or a laguiole refined.

La Réserve

AOC Languedoc Pézenas Rouge

"La Reserve" reflects the elegance and unique personality of the Pezenas terroir. Its enticing aromas of ripe berries, cocoa, leather and spice give way to red fruit, cassis and a touch of earth, supported by smooth silky tannins. To appreciate its rich complexity and delicate finish, it is best to decant this wine before serving.
